Justice Design Studio was established in 1995 with a focus on commercial, higher education, religious, multi-family residential and industrial type projects. In 2003 the firm was propelled into the resort development market along the Gulf Coast, Atlantic Coast, and inland waters like Lake Wilson (on the Tennessee River), Pamlico River, Lake Keowee, Smith Mountain Lake, and Lake Murry.  With that experience the firm has evolved into a mixed-use commercial/residential specialist with expertise in master planning and facility design based on New Urban Design principles.

Justice Design Studio also maintains a strong market focus in high end, single-family residential projects, and in commercial retail/office projects.  

Another facet for the firm’s evolution is in its growth in development management assistance.  Justice Design Studio has become adept in analyzing project viability, related to investor return-on-investment, working with projected project sales income, construction hard cost, and soft cost. The firm’s ability to package planning, architectural design and development assistance provides its clients speed in project viability analysis.

Established in 2000, Justice Group was formed specifically to pursue real estate development opportunities separate from Justice Design Studio.  Justice Group has been involved in over thirty projects for owners and developers on projects located in Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.  Development services include assistance in programming, planning, scheduling, budgeting, funding search, and project management.
