Program:  The project was planned as a mixed-use commercial/residential development focused around a large marina.  373,000 SF of retail/office space; three hotels totaling 800 rooms; a marina with 460 wet slips and 400 dry-stack; and 1,450 residential condominium units. 

Services Provided: Programming, Master Planning, Rezoning Management Services. Project Management Services for overall marketing/sales, design, construction and permitting activities.
